Who We Are

Clarion Associates, LLC, is a national land-use consulting firm comprised of planners, lawyers, landscape architects, and designers. We leverage our team’s diversity and capitalize on our individual strengths, providing superior planning products and experience to both private- and public-sector clients. Located in Denver and Chapel Hill, we specialize in community planning, zoning, design standards, historic preservation, impact fees, growth management, and sustainability in communities of every scale throughout the United States.

We are proud to partner with a strong nationwide network of Clarion affiliates that includes Clarion/Samuels Associates in Philadelphia; and McBride Dale Clarion in Cincinnati. We frequently collaborate with these firms on a variety of projects.
