Staff Services
Planners at Clarion Associates/McBride Dale Clarion (MDC) can help communities that are in need of interim planning staff and services or who are looking to outsource planning staff. With offices strategically located, our professional planners provide a variety of services to communities on both interim and ongoing bases. Serving as City Planner to one city since 1994, MDC has become an integral part of their city staff. Client communities have selected MDC staff to review specific large scale projects, while still others utilize MDC staff when they are between staff planner appointments.
Services provided include meeting with potential development applicants, reviewing applications, preparing staff reports, and attending and providing staff at commission and board meetings. MDC’s staff services include preparation of zoning code text amendments, application forms, submittal checklists, and board/commission training services as needed.
