Clarion has drafted dozens of successful land development ordinances across the United States and Canada, and has substantial experience tailoring each of those ordinances to the specific needs of the government and property owners for whom it was written. We have performed a full range of planning and zoning services for all types of communities, ranging from rural counties and small towns—to small and medium-sized communities—to large cities.
