Shay Ives is an Associate in Clarion’s Denver office. Ms. Ives is a planner with over two years of professional experience. She has been involved in an assortment of planning projects in her career at Clarion, including:
- Land development codes,
- Comprehensive land use plans,
- Sustainable development code strategies,
- Affordable housing studies,
- Design standards and guidelines, and
- Illustrating complex land use regulations.
Ms. Ives holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning from the University of Colorado Denver and a Bachelors of Environmental Design from the University of Colorado at Boulder. She has been an active member of the American Planning Association since 2006.
