Mr. Anthony is an Associate with Clarion Associates, based in Denver, Colorado. He is a planner and attorney with over 10 years of professional experience. He has worked on a diverse array of projects in his career at Clarion, including:
- Rewrites of development codes;
- Code reorganizations;
- Affordable housing studies;
- Land use litigation support
Mr. Anthony has been involved in numerous code projects for a range of local agencies and non-profit organizations throughout the country. His work focuses on rewriting development codes, including hybrid codes that integrate form-based regulations with more traditional district-based zoning. He also helps communities to identify and reduce regulatory barriers to affordable housing in their codes and provides land use litigation support to help communities uphold their development regulations. He is currently working on a range of projects in Texas, Minnesota, Arizona, Wyoming, and Colorado.
